To use a song TCC represents in various non-profit ways, you should request a Miscellaneous License.
 
Such uses may include:  
  •   photocopy out of print music or a single song from a collection
  •   make bulletins or programs for worship services, weddings, meetings, etc.
  •   make overhead displays for worship services, etc.
  •   make custom songbooks for congregations, camps, retreats, etc.
  •   make cds or tapes for rehearsal purposes only
 
Translations: If you wish to use a song in a language other than English, you must submit your translation and the transliteration (literal translation back into English) for approval. All rights to any translation will be owned by the copyright owner(s) of the song.
 
Medleys: If you wish to record a medley of songs, you must request permission for each individual song. Contact each publisher for permission.
