compact disc or cassette, you must request a Mechanical
License. |

| Please note there is
a minimum of 500 total copies per song for Mechanical Licenses. |

| Rates: |
The mechanical royalty
rates for projects released from 2006 to present are: |
|
|
|
|
- Songs 5 minutes or less in length (song timing): $.091
per copy
(example: timing is 4:15, the rate is $.091 x 500 copies
= $45.50)
|
|
|
- Songs over 5 minutes: $.0175 per minute ( round to next
minute) per copy (example: timing is 5:15, the rate is $.0175
x 6 = $.105 x 500 copies = $52.50)

|
|
|
|
| Translations: |
If you wish to use a
song in a language other than English, you must submit your
translation and the transliteration (literal translation back
into English) for approval. All rights to any translation will
be owned by the copyright owner(s) of the song. |

| Medleys: |
If you wish to record
a medley of songs, you must request permission for each individual
song. Contact each publisher for permission. |
